Weather

I think adding rain and maybe snow would help make the world feel more alive. Rain could mean more business, people pop on inside to get out of the rain. Rain would also water any tilled farm plots. Snow could make fewer people visit, because who wants to go out in the snow? Maybe also make crops grow a little slower. Or it could have no gameplay impact at all, and was just there to make the world feel a little more varied.
