Stable and/or rent-a-wagon
Maybe a stable, for horses for all 4 players, to make food deliveries and far-off quests go faster? Maybe some patrons show up on horseback, and pay you to feed and water their horses?
And/or add some other sort of fast-travel system. Maybe there is a rent-able wagon with a few designated locations, one being parked right out front from your tavern, that will bring you around the map. I think that the player should have to unlock the fast travel locations by first finding their way to them on foot.

Even if players don't get their own horses, I would still love to see a stable added. Variety in gameplay and more things to do to run your tavern would come out of it!
Maybe overnight guests that stay in the soon-to-be-added upstairs inn rooms could come on horseback, and part of having them stay overnight would be to take care of their horses. Or maybe any visitors have a chance of showing up on a horse. Either way, a stable would add more tasks to do and an additional way to earn money.
Feeding the horses in the stable and watering them (similar to pigs and chickens, you put barley and/or carrots and water into troughs). Stables would get dirty (players or the cleaner helper owl would have to clean up the stable). Horses could drop manure or muck for the compost bin.
