Now that I’ve played the game through to the end (solo and co-op) a few times, I really feel adventuring and running the tavern are quite separated. Despite this, leveling and unlocks are grouped together. I would like to suggest separate leveling for the tavern itself and the adventurer. Leveling the tavern would unlock furniture and equipment specific for the tavern, and adventurer leveling would unlock equipment specific for hunting/gathering outside the tavern. While the player is encouraged to hunt/gather for recipe resources, it would slow down the game’s progression system enough to not feel like it’s being completed too quickly by simply running the tavern until all levels are obtained.
