Playable Races other than human

Canonically in my game with my friend, I like to roleplay my character as being an Orc (he’s disappointed in the camps that keep popping up around his tavern) and my friend likes to say that her character is a pixie (after the silly swamp pixie quest, haha). I think it would be cool to introduce other playable races for the player character, the basic ones being Orc because of the enemy model being in the game already, and Elf, because changing the ears on a human model would work well enough. Dwarf would also be cool because they’re known for drinking and feasting anyway.
