Pirate or Ship Captain NPC

I know we have Mermaid at the beach, but we also have that big empty dock. Maybe a pirate or ship captain NPC we meet in the woods (maybe near that William Tell area with all the apples and arrows stuck in the tree). Maybe he’s being chased by pirates and needs help (could be repurposed orc models, just less muscly and gray with cutlasses or even pistols). Do a few quests, maybe even fire a cannon at a boat or something (or an instance area island). His reward might be water-tightening some furniture so they hold more water (not buckets). Like the dishwasher, laundry machine, and auto-dishwasher, or maybe they are twice as efficient (so they still hold ten, but each use only takes 0.5). Or it could be a banner that does that while equipped.
