Option to disable the "Hero" customers

When running my tavern, I have only around 6 options for food (not including drinks) because I get very overwhelmed trying to prep everything that’s available. When a Hero walks in and asks for something I don’t have the ingredients for, or that I’ve never heard of because I’ve just leveled up, it really stresses me out.

An option to disable these customers or at the very least reduce the amount of them who come into the tavern at a time would be wonderful.
