No mob aggressive mode

Sometimes when i play i really dont want to deal with the aggressive mobs. And sneaking past isnt the way to go around it. Id like a toggle where i can make everything friendly for a little while. Ive been actively avoiding the game since i started getting seizures when startled due to the mobs that show up in your taven/inn. Ive been waiting for a friendly mode update but it doesnt look like its happening unless someone asks… so can we make it happen please.
