Mush farm and associated NPC/Quest

Picture this, a basement/cellar for the tavern which has definitely always been there according to the merchant, we (the players) just need to get our eyes checked.
Down there is a lil goblin dude obsessed with mushrooms and wants all the mushroom dishes.

Once lil goblin dudes mushroom cravings have been sated, he lets us use a lil dank corner of the basement to grow mushrooms whilst also lamenting we haven’t found the funshrooms yet and that they’re 50x better than the magic weed that the scarecrow keeps harping on about.

Additionally, the cellar could also be used to age wine and some spirits to boost their value.
