I’ve noticed another issue with the late game. Once you buy all the tables you can fit in your tavern, and have your kitchen fully built up, there’s no real drive to run your tavern apart from the loop.
So I’ve got a few suggestions.
1: Tiered furniture: Right now we have 2 seaters and 4 seaters, but I’d suggest better quality furniture that you unlock later which is incredibly expensive as a money-sink. Maybe they make people more comfortable so they’ll wait longer or something to that nature.
2: Unlockable cosmetics: Whether this is for the tavern or individual characters, it’s always a good idea to have unlockables. I’m 14 hours into playing and I’ve got everything set up the way I want it and have 50k gold stowed away… I need something to spend my gold on.
3: Price tag and requirements for unlocking sections: It might seem meaningless, but I think it could help extend the gameplay before it gets to that point of having too much money. If there’s a hefty price for unlocking rooms, and a requirement that you unlock the previous room, it’ll stall the player long enough to extend gameplay by a few hours at least.
