Build on the existing Owl Helpers by adding a Farming Owl (buy/upgrade an Owl House).

• Waters plots with a Watering Can (auto-fills from sources).

• Adds compost if available in its inventory for better yields.

• Harvests mature plants if it has free inventory space (deliver to storage or player).
