Helper owl new tasks

Cleaner owl should be able to take dirty sheets off the beds and put them in the washing machine for you.

Also, the service owl helpers should be able to put food items in the inn rooms upstairs if a bedroom serving table is placed in one. Maybe there be a toggle on each room to allow them to do this or not, depending on player preference (near the open/closed sign or the star rating pop-up)
