Customers fight zombies

A lot of the customers are, presumably, adventurers. They come in wearing tons of armor. It makes no sense that ALL of them run out screaming when zombies come in. If some of them would occasionally jump up and start punching the zombies to help, I think it would be a funny QOL improvement. Plus, there could be a penalty if customers die. Insurance payments, service level, etc.
