Building tiers !

How about multiple tier for the building ?
You could be able to upgrade it by spending money ( or maybe with wood and stone if something like this is added later, by farming with a pickaxe on stone, and wood on tree !

The tier upgrade would be mostly graphics. But could work with something like … a luxury stats if added huhu !

Could be a way to allow the player to customize the place a bit more. Differents walls, torch, stairs, ground, things like that ! Maybe it could add terrace, a bit more rooms etc.
