Add a drain / trash / empty mechanic for various kitchen stations

As of version 1.3.12 there seems to be confusion around how to move certain stations such as the wash basin. On a first play session most of my friend group initially thought that the wash basin cannot be moved once it is placed. This lead to some frustration with the group as the basin, stove, fermenter, etc. were all placed a bit haphazardly by the host player trying to get through the tutorial before others joined. I know that sounds odd but that is this persons personality. We ended up deleting that save and starting another as the rest of the friend group came online because we couldn’t figure out how to move the basin quickly and our host was eager to get a new game started for everyone.

After reading around I saw various posts about how the basin needs to be empty of water at a minimum. The prompt to remove the item does not display when the criteria to be able to move it are not met. This is fine mechanically but it also hurts the conveyance that the station can be moved at all since it is difficult to meet the criteria with the haphazard nature of all the counters behind the scenes.

Would it be possible to also use the removal key to “drain”, “trash”, or “empty” any station? For example, in the context of the wash basin, the empty functionality could simply set the water level to zero in the basin. This would allow a player to look at the basin and see the following options (paraphrased for this media)

• press e to wash dishes

• hold e to refill water

• hold x to drain water

This mechanic could also be extended to the other stations as well. For example if a stove had barley porridge the option could read “hold x to trash remaining servings.” In effect this essentially sets the counters for various things to their empty state. I don’t see this affecting things like the plate shelf or mug hooks.
