ability to see what is on serving tables in one place

similar to how we have a board to see orders, it would be useful to also have a board to see at a glance what is set out in general-these two boards combined would allow for someone in the kitchen to know what needs to be made without physically checking all serving tables. or am i just weird for setting up 12 serving tables?
